If payment isn’t received 4 days after a case is opened, the case will be closed and a report filed with eBay.

Shipping:
All orders over £75/€100/$125 in value (ex postage) will have to be shipped via registered/tracked shipping. We can only ship to the following countries via registered post/courier only: All of South America, All of Africa, & China. Combined shipping is available – Please contact us to arrange if you are purchasing multiple different listings! We aim to dispatch your item within 24-48hrs of cleared payment. Items within Europe normally take 3-5working days for delivery. The rest of the world is 7-10 working days. Any items undelivered after this date please contact us and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue!
Postal receipts always retained. We can send standard or registered, if you require registered & or insured, please contact us.
Returns Policy:
Items may be returned for any reason for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Providing the item is still sealed/unused and in a resell-able condition. Please ensure all your eBay details are included to process your returns and refund as quickly and efficiently as possible. A Full refund will be made on purchase price excluding delivery charges. All postage costs are to be paid by the buyer including return postage from buyer to us for returns or exchange. All items we sell are described fully as new, used or refurbished. Some items come with brand tags, some don't. It is clearly mentioned if items are with tags. Any items packaged by us will be noted in the listing.
