Physical Therapy is an holistic & client-centred approach focusing on the manual treatment of the soft tissue - muscles, tendons, ligaments & fascia. Physical Therapy is a hands-on treatment of Muscular Aches & Pains, Sprains and Sport Injuries.

Initial treatment involves postural assessment, special tests and palpation of injured area. Treatment will incorporate a variety of hands-on techniques including Dry Needling, Myofascial & Trigger Point Release, Soft & Deep Tissue work. The treatment will help to effect restoration of optimal pain free body function.

An ongoing home care programme will be prescribed to suit your needs.
