COACH
Chad Biddle is a CrossFit professional, an avid CrossFitter athlete and your coach. Chad lives to change people for the better and see results in clients. His history as a CrossFit coach is top-class, he is valued across the board from clients to apprentices and other coaches. His goal as your coach and in life in general is to help make people wiser and healthier when it comes to health choices in life. It’s not only to get people exercising but to create an awareness of unhealthy eating which will have an effect from the get-go.

Chad has been in the fitness industry in the USA and Ireland nearly his whole life His main sports are American Football, Baseball, and Wrestling and now CrossFitting. He is most passionate about wrestling which he has been involved in from the age of five all the way up to being an assistant High School Wrestling Coach 2011. Chad believes that wrestling (sports in general) teaches you the importance of staying physically fit, but also teaches you to be disciplined, dedicated, humble, and respectful.

Achievements and Accomplishments to date:
• NCSF- Personal Trainer Certification (National Council on Strength and Fitness)
• CrossFit Level 1
• BoxFit Certification
• OPT Exercise Physiology Assessment Module

• Indiana High School Wrestling Championships:
• Finished 4th in 2004
• Finished 5th in 2005
• State Champion in 2006
• Received his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt in 2010
• Two years training MMA with an 8-3 record
