Crochet and Lemon Cakes 2.43

I was always a fan of the varied art of making "something out of nothing". When I fell pregnant with my first daughter, I felt the overwhelming urge for her to have something special - something I made, just for her. I had dabbled in knitting before, but it just didn't have the hold that crochet did once I finally started. Day in, day out like a fever - I constantly had a hook in my hand. Fast forward three years later and I am attempting to make a business out of my hobby - everyone's dream!
I work with a variety of yarn types - some luxurious, some budget and some just for fun! I live and breath all things crochet, and spend every free minute I have scouring the internet for new patterns and yarn sales.
My two little girls - Abigail and Claire - are my top models and they love to watch Mummy work! My husband, Pierce, is incredibly supportive (until the yarn stash gets out of control) and has been known to ask the odd crochet-related question or two when he thinks no-one is listening!
