In 2005 I co - established the first suicide support group in Co Clare. Now in its 10th year, SOLAS support group meets from 11.00 a.m., to 12.00 noon on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the CIOC Offices, Elevation Business Park Clonroad, Ennis. This support group is for people who have lost a loved one or colleague through suicide either recently or in the past. It is totally confidential and free of charge.
