We are a small cleaning company that started in 2008 based in Cork. I started the business Window cleaning and went into commercial work immediately. As time went I included power washing and cleaning of plasters in my business. I feel I became an expert in this area. Then I began to experiment with soaps and other cleaning agents. I came up with a formula that would clean all hard surface. We called it Benz Black wash. To date we have this made by a company in cork and have all the data sheets on product. We specialize in cleaning color render/spray plaster. Window cleaning inside outside, Power washing, Gum removal. This plaster was put everywhere in the boom because it was quick to apply. There is a big problem with this render now. The buildings that was sprayed with plaster are now black, green and red with algae and looks dreadful. We can clean this problem without using power-washers, as you cannot power-wash this render. We simply spray on our black-wash if the plaster is black, and if just green we spray on Benz bio wash. This process uses little water compared to power washing. We where nominated for best cleaning services provider and also best cleaning small company in 2014 at the Facilities management awards in Dublin, for our approach and specialized cleaning.
