Cobh karate club is a member of SKIF (Shotokan karate international federation)

shotokan karate is a great martial art to learn as it teaches its students respect for themselves, their sensei (teacher) and respect for others.

Classes: Thursday evenings
7pm to 8pm beginners and junior belts
8pm to 9pm senior belts
€3.50 per hour for under 16s €4.50 for adults

The Convent, Bishops road, Cobh.
(The hall is at the very end of the convent)

Train and grade with Japanese instructors twice yearly.
The SKIF holds National, European and world championship competitions yearAll black belt grades are registered in Japan in SKIF Hombu Dojo in japan.
The SKIF has clubs in over 100 countries with 2 million members.
