Welcome to Clinical Pilates Carlow.

The classes are designed to cater for all levels of fitness and ages.

Each class is run by a highly qualified Chartered Physiotherapist (M.I.S.C.P) dedicated to offer advice regarding the class or potential injuries you may have and how best to manage these, to allow you get the most from the class.

The class also incorporates a hip/gluteal strengthening programme to help stabilise the lower and upper limb in unison.
