Clare County Arts Office is committed to providing public access to the arts, the creation of new work and support for artists of all disciplines in Clare. The Arts Office of Clare County Council is based within the Clare County Library Service. www.clarelibrary.ie

Clare Arts Office was the first Arts Office to be created within a local authority and celebrated 25 years of activity in 2010. It is widely regarded as a leading arts service particularly in the areas of traditional arts and visual arts.

The Arts Office runs the Tulla Stables Studios and supports the Ground Up Artists Collective and the Clare Network for Arts & Health.

It provides financial assistance to a number of festivals in the County including the Willie Clancy Summer School, Iniscealtra Arts Festival and Ennis Book Club Festival as well as numerous events and projects throughout the county.

It is supported by the Arts Council of Ireland and works with numerous partners at local and national level including other Local Authority Arts Offices, disability organisations in Clare, Health Service Executive Western Area, Age & Opportunity, The Arts Council, Clare VEC, Clare Youth Services, Comhaltas and Visual Artists Ireland.
