In May 2016, Claire O'Flynn: Sports Therapy graduated from the Institute of Massage & Sports Therapy (IMST) Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage (ITEC Qualification)

At present, Claire O'Flynn: Sports Therapy works full time in the Finance Sector while practicing Sports Therapy for clients part time in the evenings and on weekend requests.

The different treatments provided are as follows:
- Classic Swedish Massage.
- Sports Massage (Pre and Post Event Massage)
- Taping and Strapping (for a range of Sports/injuries)
- Deep Tissue Massage.
- Connective Tissue Manipulation (CTM)
- Kinesiology Taping
- Flexibility Exercises/ Passive Stretching/ Immobilization Treatments.
- Posture Analysis and Range of Motion Assessments
- Injury Management

A combination of techniques can be requested at competitive rates.
Treatments can be provided at 30-60 minute time slots. Prices vary between €20-35 depending on treatment provided.

Group rates are also available, with discounts available to two or more members of the same sports team seeking treatments.
