Carmel's Chaerobics 2.36

Carmel's Chaerobics is simply an aerobics class carried out while sitting in a chair. This service is provided by Carmel to; Womens or Mens Groups, (Men's Shed, Womens Forum, ICA Guilds etc) Active Retirement Clubs, Day Centres, Nursing Homes and Schools.
I have 3rd level qualifications in Social Care and Exercise, Fitness and Health, Specialising in Exercise and the Older Adult.
