Bedroom one has en-suite facilities with walk in shower/wet room and Tastic infra red heat lamps. Bedrooom two is adjacent to main bathroom which has power shower and jaccuzzi bath. A comfortable sitting room with satellite TV, games and books, radio and CD system. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and wall mounted TV. The surrounding gardens are mature, and the views from all sides, stunning, including Benbulben, Knocknarae, Ox mountains and Atlantic Ocean. The local pub is the Beach Bar, a well known establishment, which serves food and has summer entertainment. Three major golf clubs within 20 minutes drive, Strandhill, Rosses Point and Enniscrone. Sligo town is a 20 minute drive as is Ballina Co. Mayo. Activities in the surrounding areas include surfing, canoeing, kayaking, horse riding, and of course hill walking, to name but a few.
