Boyne Valley Blue is a semi-hard pasteurised blue veined goats cheese. It is the only one made in Ireland, and is even rare to find across europe. It is matured for at least 3 months to aquire the correct right blend of flavours. Mixing the flavour of goats milk with the blue. We have cheese at 3 months, 6 months and older for those who like a stronger blue cheese.
