At Body First Physical Therapy, we assess and treat the whole person, not just the injury or symptom. Postural and movement patterns are assessed and addressed, through physical therapy techniques and Pilates exercises, in order to rehabilitate and help prevent reinjury. It is the fusion of both the physical therapy and Pilates backgrounds during treatment, that allows each patient to become more body aware and play an active role in their recovery.
