Sheena works mainly in a one to one capacity with children and young people, but incorporates parent support sessions, parent-child work and other interventions in order to support the child and family in a holistic way.

Sheena also offers one to one adult counselling and psychotherapy, and uses a humanistic and integrative framework in order to support adults and parents. Sheena has experience working with issues including relationship difficulties, stress management, parenting struggles, bereavement/loss, grief, trauma, separation/divorce, financial stress, health issues, alcohol and substance dependency.
