Black Dragons Cavan is fully affiliated and ran under the rules and codes of conduct of black dragon Ireland and the international kickboxing Federation. Both male and female coaches have been trained to the highest standards and hold black belts in various different styles martial arts including kickboxing, coaches have over 35 years of experience, of martial arts between them, they also hold fec-taclevel VI in coaching and a itec diploma in fitness personal training and nutrition, Black Dragons Cavan strive to bring the best out in each student by building on the body and the mind through the activities of martial arts and kickboxing. Private lessons are available in kickboxing self-defence martial arts and general fitness.
