• Children’s areas at Events
Big Bubbles is a Family Business providing unique concept children’s play areas, with an Old World village fete atmosphere. We cater to all events, from small to very large audiences and for children of all ages and abilities. Whether it is for your party, wedding, in schools, local and national events, parades, community and charity events, and festivals, we can offer proposals for event installations and help plan these by working closely with our customers, they are tailored to our customer’s specific requirements and budget. We can provide you with a wide array of children’s entertainment; from bespoke giant wooden games which are tactile, practical, fun and made to the highest standards. To circus and art workshops, where children can create and learn new things, entertainers and of course, face painters. To a mother and toddler covered area where you can relax and take it easy. It’s a chic comfortable area of play mats, beanbags and toddler’s toys situated in a beautifully dressed marquee. Our mission is to undertake all of this by having a unique approach to providing a safe and exciting environment promoting interaction, participation and learning at play and fun. All of our play leaders and people working at Big Bubbles are qualified and Garda vetted.
Other services that we offer:
• Event Management
We offer a service in which we manage the production of your event from start to finish. This can start with the initial feasibility study, budgets to the nitty gritty of planning and programming, to flow charts to show the timing and locations of key infa-structure and personal.
All of this we can oversee, subject to your specific requirements.
• Child Protection at Events
We at Big Bubbles operate a service that provides your event with the necessary management of child protection policies and procedures tailored to your specific requirements. This includes content for your website accessible to your clients. The experienced team, led by the DLP, (Designated Liason Person) trained by Barnados monitor and enforce these policies and procedures to ensure adequate child protection and peace of mind on the ground at the event. The team leader with DLP, (Designated Liason Person) certification also from Barnados, will oversee and in the event of an incident will be responsible for liasing with the relevant services. The team are also experienced first aiders used to dealing with incidents at events. All packages include a facillitator specifically employed for their patience and caring nature, they also have the neccessary garda vetting and upskilled in the latest child protection and welfare courses.
