Best Friends Kennels is located in a quiet rural setting just outside Kildorrey village. We have been caring for dogs just over 12years. Our clients come from both local and cork city areas. We offer a door to door collection service which is one less thing for our customers to worry about!

Our staff are qualified in animal care and operate to a very high standard. Love of animals is a requirement for all our staff. Not only are they trained in dog handling safety and hygiene but they also have to have a genuine love of dogs.

The dogs have their own individual spacious heated kennels with access to a large inclosed run. Dogs are walked twice daily and allowed supervised playtime with other dogs. Each dog is welcomed with a toy and bone and taken for a walk straight away to help them settle in. It might be a good idea to send your dog in for a trial period if you were worried about how they would settle. We offer a texting or email service while you are away so you can check to see how your dog is doing.

We cater to each individual dogs needs. Dogs with special dietary or medical needs are catered for. If your dog needs extra attention or care just let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you.

We also supply an anytime qualified grooming service. Have your dog washed and buffed before home time or give her a complete make over with a clip or cut.

It is highly advised that your dog has an up to date vaccination and kennel cough record.
