As a small company of nearly 25 years and being hands on, most of our work comes from recommendation. With a dedicated workforce paying strong attention to detail and health and safety, we have been chosen among our competition by the big ready mix companies in Ireland to do civils for automated block plant , precast plants, block yards, concrete and crusher plants, etc. for such companies as Kilsaran Concrete, Keegan Quarries, Ready Mix Irl Ltd.
This is contributed by being on site 90% of the time and our doing business by the motto “you are only as good as your last job”.
All our staff are fully compliant with Health and Safety.
Industrial
Barcrete offers a flooring service with design and construction in a range flooring types, eg suspended piles, ground bearing, high tolerance slabs, structural screeds and yard slabs.
We can hand screed or use on of our 3 Somero laser screed machines which can achieve FM2 specs.
We have recently poured a 2600M² of freezer floor to FM2 specs in a single day using our copper head screed. Some of our projects have been up to 30,000 M² and achieved on schedule.
Our experience includes chilled units, warehousing and rental retail units for superstores, extensive yard slabs for ports and also the industrial and agri sector.
We specialise in Somero Laser Screede floors. We have invested heavily in somero laser screeds and currently we have three in operation.
Agriculture
We have completed many grain stores, potatoe cold stores, pack houses, external yard slabs.
In the dairy sector we have completed tanks, silos, milking parlours and cubicle beds.
