Based out of an old disused quarry just outside Mallow North Cork Ballyhass specialises in offering group activities a mix of Land, Water & Height based activities. All of our adventure activities are instructor lead and one of our mantras is "Challenge by Choice". Our experience mature instructors will challenge you out of your comfort zone but it is up to you how far outside you want to go.
