Ballycullen Medical Centre was started by Dr Karen Gibney in 2015. She has worked in General practice for 15 years, in Stillorgan and Rathfarnham before opening her own practice here in Ballycullen. She offers a comprehensive service to all ages. She has been involved with the Heart watch programme for 10 years , which offers follow-up care for patients who have had a cardiac event. She is a qualified trainer in |Long acting removable contraception ( coils and implants) and has been doing Executive Health Screening , pre-employment and Insurance Medicals in Stillorgan for 10 years. She opened and ran the Sexual Health Clinic in Stillorgan in 2008.
