Baby Massage classes have taken place to date in Schull, Skibbereen, Baltimore, Ballydehob, Unionhall, Bantry, Dunmanway, Clonakilty, Classes can take place by request wherever you live in West Cork!! Classes usually take place in small groups, run from 10.30 -12 and run for 4 consecutive weeks. You can have a private class if you prefer or if your baby has any specific requirements. You could get your own class for free if you host a class in your home and invite 4 others to attend .

What age?
You can be any age! - Classes are suitable for babies from birth to crawling.
* A holding reassurance programme is available for babies from 0-8 weeks.
* Developmental baby massage is available for babies from about 8 weeks to crawling.

Baby Massage has many many benefits....for example it can help your baby sleep better, it can ease digestive problems, can help relieve and reduce irritability, can improve babies circulation, can stimulate and strengthen your babies immune system. Baby Massage is relaxing for you and your baby. Above all Baby massage is fun!!

Who runs the class? Is she qualified?

Susan has been running Baby Massage Classes in West Cork for many years. She recently resigned from her 'other' job and now intends to devote more time to running Baby massage classes throughout West Cork.

Susan learnt how to teach Baby Massage at Peter Walkers International School of Developmental Baby Massage in London. She trained with him Initially in 1998 and again in 2014. Peter Walker is accredited with being the pioneer of Baby Massage in the UK.
Susan also holds a degree in Psychology, an MA in Social studies and has worked with mothers and babies in many settings for many years. She is also trained in Aromatherapy and incorporates the safe use of essential oils into her classes.

How much do classes cost?

Classes usually cost €15 a class or €50 for 4 weeks......
