Wooden Ladder’s ( folding 3 section, max load weight 150kg) with white insulated door.

Aluminum Ladder’s ( sliding 2 & 3 section, max load weight 150kg)

Flooring : standard storage flooring used : 1200mm x 600mm x 18mm chipboard/MDF.

Average area covered : 80-100sq ft

Lighting ( standard light fitting with switch in attic)

Insulation : We supply and fit insulation to any attic area, which will save you money on heating bills. All insulation used exceeds BER standards, from €350.

Water Tanks: We can move or replace your water tank and pipework, to create more space.
