I established Appleton Property in August 2010 having spent the previous 10 years in senior positions in large Dublin and Provincial Auctioneering firms. We have our offices at Main Street, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare. My family have been in business in Kilcullen for the past 60 years. From this central base we provide a comprehensive range of professional property services primarily in the Kilcullen, Naas, Newbridge and surrounding areas. I am a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers in Ireland (IPAV) since 2004. We are Licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority, Licence Number 001344. I am a graduate of DIT Bolton Street IAVI supported Auctioneering, Valuation and Estate Agency Programme from 1997. I am an honours business graduate from DIT, 2001. I hold the designation – Recognised European Valuer, awarded by TEGOVA, The European Group of Valuer Associations which qualifies me to provide property valuations in compliance with upcoming European Legislation. I am a graduate member of the Insurance Institute of Ireland, being a Certified Insurance Practitioner. We specialise is Property Sales, Property Letting and Property Management. I personally oversee all our property transactions undertaken, big and small.
