Connected relationships enhance our mental health and wellbeing. Whether single or otherwise it is normal to experience difficulty understanding and obtaining what we need from relationships. This difficulty impacts on our perception of ourselves, how we live our lives and our ability to be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually well.

Relationship Coaching is a new service that singles and couples may access if they wish to deepen their connection with themselves or others. It assists clients to bring an awareness to their thinking regarding relationships and is focused on the here and now. It empowers the client to change their limiting beliefs and take action steps towards achieving their relationship goals.
