Hummus like hummus is meant to be. Our Hummus is handmade and created using only the freshest and very best ingredients. Where possible, we source locally and support local whole food suppliers. Our hummus is inspired by years living in Israel and the truly authentic flavour of this much loved dish.

We offer 3 unique verities’ of hummus: Classic Middle Eastern, Fusion and Hot ’n’ Spicy Hummus. As lovers of this unique dish, we make Hummus that we ourselves would be happy to eat bucket of, and are sure you will too. All our hummus is Gluten Free, Dairy Free and suitable for Vegans.

We also sell home-made Persian Rice Mixes: Ready to cook spiced rice with an authentically Persian twist. Sweet and spicy, aromatic and perfect for eating hot or cold.

Lastly, we sell a home-made Yemen hot sauce, Zhuk. Hot, spicy and like nothing you have ever tasted before. Use it like a pesto or marinade; add it to any dish for the extra spicy pop. This little but mighty sauce has a cult following in Waterford and has inspired a million uses for your everyday cooking.

Available each Satruday from the Butlerstown Farmers Market in Waterford City, and from the Larder in the Quay in Waterford.
