Hello, My name is Natasha. I am a kids yoga teacher with a passion for health, fitness and most importantly well-being.

I currently have classes starting in the green isle hotel for ages 4 to 12.
I hope to expand my classes for the wobblers (walking up to 4) and also for teenagers so please get in contact if you would like to express interest.
