Ail Ruin Design Centre is the creative vision of Irish designer Meritta Gorman Geoghegan.
Meritta has over 30 years of experience in designing and creating wonderful fashion pieces for wonderful ladies. She is also known for her skill in carefully sourcing interesting labels from around the world.
Ail Ruin has been based in the picturesque village of Clarinbridge, Co.Galway for the past 19 years.
Ail Ruin is unique in its sourcing of many Irish creations and ethically produced clothing and jewellery.
Recently Meritta launched two of her own labels, Mise and Tusa.
Mise is a timeless collection composed of very special pieces designed to make the wearer feel truly special. The luxe fabrics and trimmings are carefully selected and sourced to create a unique design.
Tusa is a contemporary and playful collection focusing on edgy cuts, simple lines and layering pieces. It is composed of multifunctional garments which work for the wearer comprising several interchangeable pieces within the wearer’s wardrobe and are composed of easy wear comfortable fabrics.
Along with our own labels, we have carefully selected many unique labels from around the world such as ‘Myrine’ from Antwerp, ‘Heel’ from Athens, ‘Bohemia’ from Sweeden, ‘Grizas’ from Lithuania, 'Gustav' from Denmark 'Marc Aurel', and 'Aurea Vita' from Sweden.
'Papucei', 'Rovers' 'Tosca Blu' 'Inuovo' and 'Arcus' are currently the shoes labels we are carrying.
We are always on the lookout for new exciting labels.
