Eva is a fitness professional and a personal trainer, who started her journey in this field when she was just 16 years old. She got her professional fitness educations from ProFi Fitness School Poland and QQI Award Sports and Recreation Studies.
In 2012 she started working as a personal trainer, a fitness instructor and a nutrition adviser
working in Dublin’s fitness centres, gyms and clubs.
Her passion for fitness, music and active lifestyle made her build her own brand called 4EvaFit.ie

She has developed several new fitness programs with her own personal touch such as DnbWorkout, DnbDance, LiquidFlow and JungleBands and they are all influenced by super motivating and full of positive energy Drum and Bass music. Eva is a passionate instructor, who likes to attend various different fitness events and conventions, where she develops her skills and learns all there is to learn about fitness & health related topics.

She has performed her classes in Street Party PST by PaybackPromotions in Birmingham UK, Electric Picnic Festival in Trenchtown Ireland, Before Hip HOP Kemp Party Dublin, BYOBEAT Party by Desperados Ireland in Grand Social Dublin and also in PureMagic Kitesurfing Festival in Achill Island, Ireland.
She has been involved in many promotional activities supporting the events with her Public Relations skills and experience.
