Villa Living Yoga 3.07

Villa “Living Yoga" is a beautiful 3 bedroom brand new Villa located in the heart of Canggu - at the end of a very quiet street, across from a rice field. We chose this location because of it's quietness and it is important for us to find quest that will respect that. My partner Yantsi and I are both Yoga teachers and we have created this great atmosphere here at “Living Yoga" hoping to accommodate those of you, who are looking for a beautiful and peaceful house to enjoy life and spend some quality time on their journey to Bali.

It features an open living area, which serves as living room, dining room and kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, spring water machine, two gas-operated burners, a mini-oven, a blender, pots and pans and all other utensils you might need if you decide to cook at home.

Villa “Living Yoga" has 3 comfortable bedrooms (Aloha, Dream, Share), air-conditioned, each with ensuite washroom, a wardrobe, a nice big mirror and a floor fan.

“Aloha" is equipped with a TV and a DVD player (no satellite), 1 king-size bed with mosquito net, an a children bed.

“Dream" has a king-size bed with a mosquito net

*** “Aloha" and “Dream" are located on the 2nd floor with a relaxing area on the balcony. They boast amazing view on dreamy sunset.

“Share" is on the main floor and opens to the pool. It has a single bed with a pull-out bed.


The Villa offers lots of outdoor space with a pool and covered poolside relaxing area, The owner of the land comes everyday to tend to the pool + garden and his lovely wife Ketut, brings offerings twice daily.


We have a wonderful team of care taker. Jose and Wayan will take care of anything you might need and will clean the villa, 6 times a week (Tuesday to Sunday).

Canggu has a relaxed yoga/surfing vibe, only 30 minutes away from the center of Bali, Denpassar and 45 minutes from the trendy Ubud. It has 3 beaches very close by with beautiful surfing area; Berawa Beach, Batu Bolong Beach and of course, the world famous Echo Beach.

Our Villa is within walking distance to wonderful Yoga centre Samadi Bali which offers Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga classes. Samadi Bali also has a wonderful kitchen lab for healthy foods.

In the area, you have an amazing array of cafeterias and restaurants (very good choices for Vegetarian and Vegan cuisine).

We recommend you rent a motorbike if you can, it's the best way to go around in Canggu and Bali in general. We can refer you to places to rent motorbike or bicycle for a very decent price (around 5$ a day). If you prefer, you can rent a car with a driver (we can help you with that). There is also a taxi stand right at the corner of our street.

When we spend time at the villa, we also rent our 2 extra rooms for the prices of 40US per night.

This is our home. We've worked hard to make it beautiful and we're happy to share it with you. Please treat it with respect. All equipment in the house was collected with taste and symbolism and therefore we ask you to handle it with care.

1.Please do not smoke cigarettes inside the house, only on the balcony or in the garden.
2.Using drugs in the villa is NOT allowed. Any evidence of using drugs will result in a demand to immediately vacate the property and relevant charges will be made for cleaning the premises..
3.Please always close and lock the main entrance door on your way in or out.
4.Pets are not allowed since we already have a nice dog called Sky for security.
5.No parties.
6.Please do not throw any sanitary napkins or material of such kind in the toilet.
7.Please turn AC and light off when leaving and lock bedroom doors.
8.Guests are requested to keep the villa tidy. Guests are asked not to move, remove, or change furniture, pictures, wall hangings or other room decorations without our consent.
9.Please keep the volume down on any television, radio, audio system or musical instruments. We reserve the right to require these items to be turned off if they are disturbing the neighbours. Excessive noise and disturbances will result in us having to ask you to leave and pay for your whole visit.
10.Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any damage or breakages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Any damage to the villa will be charged.
11.All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the villa.
12.If you lose the key of the apartment, please contact the villa manager immediately. In case of loss, please pay to have another key made with our villa manager. Any breach of above mentioned will result in us having to demand you to vacate the property. The deposit and total lodging costs will be forfeited. Any relevant additional costs will be charged to the guest(s). This includes but is not limited to cleaning / repair costs.
