We emphasizes on freshly roasted and blended beans
according to secret formula of our coffee expert.
We want to get the most flavour, aroma and terroir out
of each coffee. By adjusting our roasting profile for each
coffee we are able to bring out all the delicate flavours,
notes, and aromas that are characteristic to each varietal,
processing method and origin.

TANAMERA COFFEE focus on delicious high quality
coffee. Our aim is to serve every cup of coffee in the best
possible way. With a welcoming and competent team
we do our best to give everyone a memorable coffee
moment. We are hoping to be a source of knowledge
and provide everyone with an extraordinary coffee
experience.

All of our coffee is freshly roasted in house on our Diedrich
Roaster. Our roaster is visible right when you step through
our workshop door.

We personally source, roast and blend our specialty coffee
from all over Indonesia. Our unique style had set up
Tanamera coffee to a level of reputation. It is respectful
of traditions and willing to experiment to create great
coffee. Tanamera Premium Blend represents three of the
best regions of Indonesian Arabica coffee production.

We are using Gayo Natural Process as the base of our
blend. For it's rich and fruity as its sundried in the cherry
after being picked at its ripest point. Then mix in chocolatly
Flores Manggarai; produced in the traditional indonesian
style, Giling Basah. To give unparreled body and depth
to our blend, we source directly from the farm a washed
West Papua.
