It is a traditional rice barn used for the storage and drying of harvested rice. The structure consists of two lateral beams and a canter levered frame which in turn supports the rafters. The entire building is elevated.
There are 10 bungalows. Every bungalow is independent. The bungalow is made of polished coconut wood and an alang-alang roof with thatched grass walls and ceiling. It houses an indulgent double or two single beds. The rooms, generous in size, are air-conditioned and open out onto a verandah. The bungalows are set apart from each other affording total privacy.
