THE SEKUMPUL VILLAGE
Sekumpul waterfalls are touted as the most beautiful waterfall in Bali. They are located in Sekumpul Village, Sawan sub-district, Buleleng Regency in the north of Bali. Sekumpul in the local language means "collection" or "group". The name "Sekumpul" was given to a group of waterfalls located in Buleleng. It has beautiful panorama of 7 points waterfalls. A couple of years ago, these hidden gems were still an insiders’ tip but due to the unique and fantastic location they became more and more attractive over the last couple of years. These grandeurs of nature are located in an unspoiled area in the middle of the rain forest, away from civilization. There are seven waterfalls and wonderfull rice terrace with outstanding scenery, Lush green rain forest with clove, coffee, cocoa and tropical fruit plantation, an amazing fauna and flora and a pool which is waiting for cooling down are just some of the benefits you will experience

THE WATERFALLS
The seven waterfalls are located separate and apart and scattered in the high cliffs and surrounded by green trees soothes the eye. Each waterfall has a shape and a different height. Absolutely amazing. Not one did, when Niagara Sekumpul crowned as the most beautiful waterfall in Bali. Interestingly, two biggest waterfalls are located side by side has a different height and discharge. The highest Waterfall has a height of 80 meters or 262 feet. Two waterfalls are derived from two different springs. The waterfalls on the left comes from the springs while the waterfalls on the right (higher) sourced from river. In the rainy season, the waterfall on the left remain clear while the waterfall on the right side will be brown murky.

SEKUMPUL WATERFALLS TOUR

During 3-4 hours trek you will be taken through the beautiful surrounding of Sekumpul along the hill to rice terrace where you can see the breathtaking views, then down into the scenic valley, pass through the green rain forest with clove, coffee, cocoa, and tropical fruit plantation. After two hours explore and rest while having fresh coconut water in rice terrace area, you will visit the magnificent seven waterfalls of sekumpul. Don’t miss the activities like swimming, jumping, sliding and taking pictures. Your journey will be finished by having lunch if scenic view of Singaraja city from top of the hill.
