With this friend request we would like to introduce you and at the same time welcome you as a member of the Niconico mansion, the latest project of our group.

The Niconico mansion is an exclusive guest house located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali.

Only as a member or referral of a member will you be able to book a room or the whole place of the mansion.

Each of the six rooms that are rented out on a daily basis has a different theme
1 - The Japanese Room
2.- The Pop Art Room
3.- The Romantic Room
4.- The Colonial Room
5. The Chinese Room
6. The Black Room

The rooms come in different sizes and layouts but are all rented for the same price.

Each room is fitted with a King size bed of comfort along with an ensuite bathroom. Strictly no kids are allowed. Breakfast and daily activities are offered and orgnazied by your own personal guest offer.

The mansion consists of common areas where the guests get to mingle and know each other. The hammock is a particularly great place to meet new friends. Just make sure you’re not afraid of a little height.

The mansion is a place to connect with old and new friends who share the same similarities.

Thru our FB page you can send us enquirers when you would like to book which room and we will help you to make all the necessary arrangements. You will also be able to see whose connected and likely to be at the mansion at the same time.

For our soft opening rate will be US $ 80 ++ for the first view weeks.
