The hostel is 5 minutes from the biggest park in town, Margit Island, which is a beautiful recreational island in the heart of the city. Zsófi's House is a 10 minute walk from one of Europe's biggest Parliament buildings, and a 2 minute walk from tram No.2 which follows the curve of the Danube River. This is the best way to see the Parliament building up close and the panorama of Buda Castle across the river. National Geographic has described it as one of the “World's Ten Most Beautiful Tramways".
