Várjuk kedves vendégeinket Szegedtől mintegy 6 km-re lévő családiasan kialakított apartmanházban a Maty éri Olimpiai Központ mellett nyugodt környezetben 10 percre a város zajától!

Az apartmanjaink kiváló alkalmat nyújtanak a várostól elszakadni kívánó, pihenni
vágyó vendégek számára, akik szeretik a csendes környezet, a természet érintését, a friss levegő reggeli illatát, a madarak csicsergését.

Szeged oly távolinak tűnik, mégis csupán 10 percre van.

Apartman házunk két különálló apartmanból áll (Tölgyfa apartman, Fűzfa apartman,Bükkfa apafrtman) amelyben, összesen 27+3 fő számára tudunk kényelmes fekvőhelyet biztosítani.

A Tölgyfa apartman 2007-ben épült 120 nm alapterületű 3 szobából, közös tusolóból és konyhából áll. Itt található a bárpult és a mintegy 100 éves magyar szoba bútor. A falakat korondi tányérok és régiségek díszítik.

Az apartmanban 3 db két ágyas szoba található amelyek, hangszigeteltek, gondoskodva a szomszédos szobában lévők nyugalmáról. Igény szerint az apartmanban két pótágy is elhelyezhető.

A Fűzfa apartman 2010-ben került átadásra, amelyben 3 fürdőszobával felszerelt szoba került kialakításra. A szobák 2 és 4 fősek. A szobákban emeletes ágy van, amely igény szerint franciaággyá alakíthatóak. Az apartman szívében helyezkedik el az étkező és a konyha, amelynek a falát dísztányérok és régiségek díszítik.

Szeretne nyugalomban kerti rendezvényt tartani, ahol nem kell félni a szomszédok fenyegetésétől és a hangoskodástól? Apartman házunk kiváló lehetőséget nyújt erre a célra is. A parkban sütési, grillezési, bográcsozási lehetőség, illetve 20 fős kerti asztal várja a szórakozni vágyókat. Ha zordabbra fordul az idő az apartmanok kiváló lehetőséget biztosítanak a rendezvény folytatására, a 10 fős étkezőasztalokkal.

A konyháink kiválóan felszereltek, melyhez természetesen hozzátartozik az elektromos tűzhely,indukciós főzőlap a mikrohullámú sütő,és a kávéfőző is.

A foglalások során az egyes apartmanok kerülnek kiadásra.

Mindhárom apartmanban szívesen látjuk a háziállattal érkező vendégeinket is.

Guests are highly welcome in Nyárfás Guesthouse just 6 kilometres far from Szeged next to the National Kayak-Canoe and Rowing Olympic Centre in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere just ten minutes far from the city.

The appartement houses developed in a family way provide a distinguished occasion to secede from the city wishing, for guests desiring to rest, who like the touch of the quiet environment, the nature, the morning fragrance of the fresh air, the chirp of the birds.

Our appartement house consists of three detached appartements (Oak tree appartement, Willow appartement, Beechwood appartement) in which, we can provide a comfortable bed to altogether 27+3 heads.

The Oak tree appartement was being built in 2007 with a floor-space of 120 nm from 3 rooms, common one taking a shower and consists of a kitchen. Here can be found the bar counter and the some 100 year Hungarian rooms furniture. Korond plates and antiques decorate the walls. In the appartement 3 pieces of two concubines room can be found. Two extra beds are localizable in the appartement according to a claim.

The Willow appartement was inaugurated in 2010,each room equipped with bathroom. The rooms are 2 and 4 head. There is a bunk bed, which is a claim, in the rooms double bed shapable. The dining room and the kitchen settle down in the heart of the appartement, the wall of which ornamental plates and antiques decorate.

The Beechwood appartement was being built in 2011, which consists 4 rooms. Every rooms has 3 beds. The rooms has separate bathroom. The American type kitchen is 36 sqm, where is the 6 head dinng table, and the livingroom. The appartement was designed in a Mediterranean style.

Our kitchens you are fitted out excellently, to which one the electric cooker, the microwave oven, tea and a coffee-maker.

Would you like to keep a garden program in calmness where it is not necessary to be afraid of the neighbours' threat and the bluster? Our Appartement house offers a distinguished opportunity for this aim. In the park baking, grill, cauldron opportunity, 20 head garden tables wait for the ones desiring to have fun concerned. If the weather turns grimmer the appartement provides a distinguished opportunity onto the continuation of the program.

We welcome our guests' arriving with the domestic animal visit in both appartements.
