L & A Apartment 2.21

The L&A apartment is located in the centre of Budapest, in a walking distance from numerous bars, clubs, the Jewish quarter, and very close to the main attractions of Budapest (Heroes Square, New York Cafe, Andrassy avenue). Hotel Boscolo, Grand Hotel Royal and the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music are only five minutes by walk.
The public transport is excellent, the metro stations (M1, M3) are near, and the tram 4/6 which runs very frequently all night. In front of the house, there’s a bicycle storage.
The apartment is on the second floor of a renovated, 110-year-old house. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove with oven. In the rooms there is free wifi and culverted,32” LCD televisions.
The apartment has two bedrooms, and to both rooms belong a separate bathroom. The hall leads to the living room and the dining room with the American kitchen. In the living room, there is a convertible couch. Every room is air- conditioned. The rooms can be reserved separately, too, the doors can be locked.
We can arrange a transport from the airport for extra charges.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there is a balcony, which looks to the inner yard. Pets are accepted, but please let us know in advance if you plan to bring it with you.
Parking is possible in a secured parking lot nearby for a daily fee.

L’appartement L & A est situé au coeur de Budapest. Le transport public est excellent grâce à une ligne de tram circulant jour et nuit et aux lignes de métro M1 et M2 qui ne sont pas loin non plus. Le centre-ville, les monuments, le quartier juif et la place de Héros sont aussi à proximité. Le quartier est très animé, on y trouve beaucoup de commerces, restaurants et bars. L’appartement se trouve proche du Grand Hôtel Royal et de l’Hôtel Boscolo.
L’Académie de Musique est à 100 m de l’appartement, et les théâtres de la ville et l’avenue Andrássy aussi sont proches.
Un parking payant et sécurisé est à votre disposition uniquement sur réservation.
Un transfert aéroport est possible en supplément.
Devant l’immeuble il y a une agence de location de bicyclettes.
L’appartement se situe au deuxième étage d’un immeuble de 110 ans récemment rénové. La cuisine est très bien équipée (machine à laver, machine-vaisselle, micro, frigo, cuisinière).
Dans toutes les deux chambres, Internet haut débit en WiFi et une télé à écran plat 32 pouces avec des chaînes étrangères sont disponibles.
Dans l’appartement il y a deux chambres séparées avec salle de bains et WC.
La salle de séjour avec cuisine américaine et salle à manger s’ouvre sur le couloir. Dans le séjour il y a un canapé-lit pour deux personnes. Chaque pièce peut être fermée à clé.
L’appartement est non-fumeur. Une petite terrasse donnant sur une cour intérieure appartient à l’appartement. L’appartement et chaque chambre disposent d’un climatiseur.
Important: il est interdit de fumer et animaux domestiques sont admis uniquement sur demande.
Les chambres peuvent être réservées séparément sur demande.


Az L&A apartman Budapest központi helyén található. A közlekedés kiváló, éjjel nappal villamosközlekedéssel, M1 –es M2-es metrók közelében. A belváros, a nevezetességek, a zsidónegyed és a Hősök tere, mind közel található. A környéken rengeteg étterem és szórakozóhely található. Az apartman a Grand Hotel Royal és a Boscolo Hotel szomszédságában van, a Zeneakadémia 100 méterre, valamint az Andrássy út és a színházak is a közelben találhatóak.
Szükség esetén az autóparkolás őrzött, fizetős parkolóhelyen a közelben megoldható.
Reptéri transzfert külön térítésért vállalunk.
Közvetlen a ház előtt kerékpárkölcsönző is rendelkezésre áll.
Az apartman a második emeleten található, felújított 110 éves házban. A konyha jól felszerelt, és gépesített.(mosógép, mosogatógép, mikró, hűtő, és tűzhely).
Mindkét szobában szabad WiFi- használati lehetőség és többnyelvű adásokat is tartalmazó kábelcsatornás, 32”-es LED tv található.
A lakásban két külön bejáratú hálószoba, és mindkét szobához külön fürdőszoba-wc tartozik. Az előszobából nyílik az amerikai-konyhás, étkezős nappali, amelyben társalgórész, valamint egy kétszemélyes kinyitható kanapé is található. Az összes szoba külön-külön is zárható. A szobák esetleg külön is foglalhatóak.
Az apartman nem dohányzó. A lakáshoz kis terasz is tartozik, mely a belső udvarra néz.
A lakás és mindegyik szoba külön légkondicionálóval rendelkezik.
Házirend: Dohányzás tilos, kisállatot külön megbeszélés szerint fogadunk.
