Kővágó Pince és Szőlőbirtok 3.2

Dér Ferenc és családja már több generáció óta foglalkozik szőlőtermesztéssel és borkészítéssel a Mátrai Borvidéken, Abasáron. Az elmúlt 15 évben a szőlőterületek nagyságát jelentősen növeltük, ma már 30 hektáron gazdálkodunk.

A szőlőbirtok növelése mellett a pince fejlesztésekre is odafigyeltünk. A pince ma már 900-1000 hektoliter bor elkészítésére alkalmas. A hagyományos ászokhordós (oxidatív) borérlelés mellett reduktív borokat is készítünk.

A Kővágó Pincében borkóstolásra várjuk szeretettel a borkedvelőket, borbarátokat illetve mindenkit, aki szeretne megismerkedni a borok izgalmas világával. A látogatóinknak 5-6 féle bor kóstolására van lehetőségük, melyhez általunk készített sajtot és pogácsát kínálunk igénynek megfelelően. A borkóstoló minimum létszáma 5 fő, a maximum létszáma 50 fő, melyet igény szerint angol nyelven is biztosítunk.

Ferenc Dér and his family has done grape-growing and wine-making for generations in the wine region of Mátra, Abasár. For 15 years, the size of our wine yards has been increasing significantly, today we cultivate a 30 hectare land (which equals approximately 74 acres in the US or imperial measurement system).

In addition to increasing the wine yards we pay attention to wine cellar developments as well. Today, our cellar is suitable to make about 900-1000 hectolitres of wine. We make reductive wine beside the traditional oxidative wine maturation.

At the Kővágó Winery, we welcome the fans of wines, wine lovers and all guests who would like to get to know the exciting world of wine. Our guests have the possibility to taste 5-6 types of wines and according to their needs we provide homemade cheese or scones that we make ourselves. The number of guests for a wine-tasting can be no less than 5 people and no more than 50. You can request the event to be held in English.
