A Szmrecsányi Törzs 2008-ban alakult Tahitótfaluban és 2009-ben költözött jelenlegi és végleges otthonába a Balaton-felvidékre. 2011 óta non-profit sport egyesületként működik. Saját lovasíjászatra képzett lovakkal és lovasíjász pályával rendelkezik. A törzs vezetője Szmrecsányi Márton heti rendszerességgel tart edzéseket és mint a Lovasíjász Világszövetség tagja évente két hivatalos versenyt rendez pályáján. A törzsfő gyakran képviseli az iskolát hazai és nemzetközi versenyeken és bemutatókon. A Szmrecsányi Törzs elsődleges profilja a lovasíjászat mellett, a természetes lókiképzés és nagy hangsúlyt fektet egyfajta lovasérzés átadására. Évente többször is tart edzőtáborokat, valamint oktatást gyerekeknek.

The Szmrecsányi Törzs was established in 2008 in Tahitótfalu, near Budapest and in 2009 moved to its final base in Barnag near Lake Balaton. Since 2011 the Törzs is a non-profit organization. It has horses trained for horsearchery and has its own horsearchery course. The leader of the Törzs is Márton Szmrecsányi, who is holding trainings for his students on a weekly basis and as a member of the Horsearchery World Association, is organising two official competitions in a year. Márton Szmrecsányi is representing the Kassai School regularly in international competitions and shows. Paralel with horsearchery, natural horsemanship has a great significance to the school and it is important to develop and pass on this knowledge to the participants and to the viewers. The Szmrecsányi Törzs is holding training camps, clinics several times in a year for adults and children as well.
