Practical information

• The central point of the rally will be in
Móricz Zsigmond High School
Erkel fasor 10
Tiszakécske

• The accommodations will be in the resort area of the town, about 1,5 miles far from the central point of the rally.

• Due to geographical conditions the town and the route of the rally will be on flat.

• The century (25, 50, 75, 100 miles) will be held on a 20 km route (Tiszakécske-Kerekdomb-Tiszakécske) with increased safety and security (police) conditions. Compliance of traffic regulations are required! During the program mobile medical service will be operated.

• Drinks and snacks will be available at checkpoints.

• The Century will be an efficiency race , but racing is also allowed.

• The program of Friday will be the visit of the Thermal Spa of the town. The swim will be free of charge, so everybody could bring his/her swimming suit.

• Saturday the races of World Championship will be organized in a closed area, the distance of each rounds 3x600 metres of each rounds. Registration for these races will be possible on the day of arrival. All racers have to wear helmet during the race, it is OBLIGATORY!

• We would like to ask all the participants to wear the costums at the group photo and during the historic costumned ride.

• Each participants must have an insurance. By signing the Registration Form, you agree with the following: I will not hold the organization and the governing board responsible for any kind of accidents and damages that might occur. I note, that compensation cannot by required from them.

• We want to ask everybody to bring their veteran vehicles. A limited number of these bicyles could be borrowed in place, so if you need one, please let us know in advance.

Awards

• Century - The absolute 1-3. places will receive medals and all participants will receive degree.

• Cycle races (1 km) – The 1-3. places of each categories will receive medals.

• In the high wheels category the minimum number of participants of originals and replikas is 6 for the separate ratings. If this numberr is less, we will unify the category and the absolut winner will get the rainbow vest.

• Der Zentrale Ort der Veranstaltung:

• Die Unterkünfte sind die Erholungsgebiete der Stadt, 1,5 Meilen entfernt von der Zentrale der Veranstaltung.

• Aufgrund der geografischen Gegebenheiten der Stadt und die Route der Rallye auf flachen sind.

• Der Jahr-hundert (25, 50, 75, 100 Meilen) wird auf einem 20 km Weg (Tiszakécske - Kerekdomb - Tiszakécske) mit erhöhter Sicherheit (Polizei-) Bedingungen organisiert werden. Die Einhaltung der Verkehrsregeln sind erforderlich! Während der Veranstaltung wird mobilen medizinischen Dienst betrieben. Getränke und Erfrischungen sind an Kontrollposten zur Verfügung stehen. Das Jahrhundert wird ein Leistungsrennen, aber Rennen ist auch erlaubt.

• Das Programm am Freitag wird der Besuch der Thermalspa der Stadt. Das Schwimmen wird kostenlos, so alle Teilnehmer konnten seine / ihre Badesachen mitbringen.

• Am Samstag werden die Rennen in einem geschlossenen Bereich organisiert werden, der Abstand der einzelnen Runden 3x600 Meter. Die Anmeldung für die Rennen ist am Tag der Ankunft möglich. Wir machen Sie darauf aufmerksam, dass während der Rennen Helmpflicht besteht.

• Wir möchten alle Teilnehmer bitten, bei der Gemeinsame Fotograpfie und Kostümausfahrt Ihre Kostüme zu tragen.

• Der Teilnehmer verpflichten sich die Strassenverkehrs-Ordnung zu respektieren ind im Falle eines Unfalls, keine Ansprüche gegenüber der Veranstaltern gelten zu lassen. Der Teilnehmer erklären, für alle eventuellen Schäden die sie erleiden oder verursachen, versichert zu sein.

• Bitte bringen Sie Ihre alten Fahrzeuge zur Veranstaltung. Es ist möglich, eine begrenzte Anzahl im Ort zu leihen, bitte es vorher zu sagen.

• Für die einzelnen Bewertungen in der Hochrad Kategorie, ist die minimale Teilnehmeranzahl in der Originale und Replikas die 6. Wenn diese Nummer weniger ist, wir vereinen die Kategorie und die absolut Gewinner wird den Regenbogen Weste bekommen.

Informations pratiques

• Le point de ralliement central pour l’événement est :

• Les logements se situent dans la zone de villégiature de la ville, à environ 2,5 km du point de ralliement

• L’ensemble de l’événement se déroulera sur terrain

• Le Century (25, 50, 75 et 100 miles) se déroulera sur une route de 20 km (Tiszakécske-Kerekdomb-Tiszakécske), le long de laquelle les conditions de sécurité seront renforcées (signalisation et police). Le respect du code de la route est indispensable! Un service médicale mobile sera mis en oeuvre.

• Boissons et collations seront disponibles aux points de contrôle.

• Le Century est avant tout une course d’efficacité, mais une approche plus ’’sportive’’ est permise.

• Le programme du vendredi inclut la visite de la station thermale de la ville. Cette activité est gratuite, donc tout le monde est invité à prendre des affaires de bain!

• Samedi les épreuves du Championnat du Monde auront lieu dans un espace fermé, la distance de chaque épreuve s’élevant à 3X600m. L’enregistrement aux courses sera possible le jour d’arrivée. Tous les concurrents sont dans l’obligation de porter un casque !

• Tous les participants sont encouragés à porter leur costume pour la photo de groupe, ainsi que lors du tour historique costumé.

• Chaque participant doit avoir une assurance. En signant le Formulaire d’Inscription, vous vous engagez à ne pas tenir l’organisation ou le conseil organisateur comme responsable de tous dégâts ou accidents qui pourraient se produire. Notez qu’aucun dédommagement ne pourra leur être réclamé.

• Nous demandons à chacun d’apporter son véhicule vétéran. Un nombre limité de ces vélos pourront être empruntés sur place pour ceux qui en auraient besoin. Le cas échéant, contactez-nous au préalable.

• Dans les catégories „High Wheels”, le nombre minimum de participants par catégorie est de 6. Si le nombre de participants est insuffisant, les catégories seront regroupées. Le grand vainqueur recevra la veste Arc-en-Ciel.
