The predecessor of the company is over 100 years old. The specific goal of the original founders was to buy hand-made goods, food products and produce directly from Hungarian farmers and to distribute those domestically and abroad.

Hangya-Futura was the biggest economic entity with the highest revenue in the region during the era before World War II.

Similarly to the goal of its predecessor, the company currently purchases and distributes food products, produce, paper goods and household and industrial cleaning agents.

Some of the most relevant product groups are:
-poultry: frozen and cooled chicken, duck, turkey, goose, canned goose liver
-Hungarian indigenous grey beef products (meat, salami and sausage)
-fruit juices
-soft drinks
-mineral waters
-premiums category wines (white, red, rosé)
-canned goods (meat, vegetable, fruits)
-baby food
-desserts, chocolates (hand-made products as well)
-staple foods (onions, potatoes, vegetables, fruits)
-dry goods (pasta of every kind)

In addition to the above mentioned product groups, Hangya-Futura is ready to fulfill any other demand through its suppliers.
To deliver the goods to the buyer, Hangya-Futura uses its own forwarder to ensure uninterrupted service.
