Welcome to Alkotmany Residence I. and II.

You can spend your vacation in a newly renovated apartment in a beautiful house which was built in the 19th century. The house is in the heart of Budapest, on the Hungarian Parliament street. The luxury apartment is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the city, close to major attractions.

Only a few minuties walk to:

Hungarian Parliament
Budapest's largest shopping center (West End City Center)
St. Stephen's Basilica
The city's famous shopping street, Váci street
Margaret Island
Szechenyi Chain Bridge

Everything apartment is fully equipped, suitable for up to 6 people. On the two upstairs room 2-2 people can sleep comfortably in large double (website hidden)-s can be found in every room and free Wi-Fi. In the living room there is a sofa-bed for another 2 more people to sleep. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and other food making supplies are also given. The bathroom has double sinks, a comfortable modern shower and a washing machine can also be found.

Transportation:
The apartment is close to the longest Metro line (M3) and the longest tram lines (4-6), allowing you to quickly and easily access all of the important sights in Budapest. We will give you a complete map of Budapest as a gift so we can make the orientation easier for you.

From the airport you must take the bus signaled E200 all the way to the last stop (Kobanya Kispest), from there you must take the M3 metro and travel 11 stops to Arany János street, after that there is a 3 minute walk to the apartment.
You can park your car front of the house. It costs 440Huf/hour (1,4EUR/hour) on workdays and free at the weekend. You can pay with coins only.
