希望藉著我們的專業知識和經驗，理論與實踐並重，給參加者另一層面的運動體驗。

We love sport. We were former physical education teacher in primary school, secondary school and university, and former Hong Kong rope skipping team head coach, graduated from the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Through combining theory and practice, together with our professional knowledge and experience, we hope to bring you a brand new sport experience.
