We are online-shop which established in Hong Kong. Here is some guidelines for your reference, please it carefully before you make the order.

1. You can order here and we will send the confirmation message to you.

2. After confirm your order, we have to order the product for you. Usually, you can get it around 10-14 days. It depends on the speed of the delivery.

3. When the product has been arrived, we will send a stock arrivals message to chosse the pick up method.

4. We could post(need to add $20 post free - Hong Kong Post), or pick it in any MTR station you want (Tsuen Wan Line, Kwun Tong Line, Island Line and Tseung Kwan O Line Only), as long as is near you.

5. For most of the customer who have the holiday on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

6. If the items could not been posted it at your home, we could also post it by SF Express (The Most Famous Courier Service in Hong Kong), and you could get it in the nearest pick up point to you. The fee only is aroud $22 - $28 (within 3KG).
It could save your time and save the fares as well as get the item ASAP.

7. If using postage service, you should bank in the payment, if choosing pick up in MTR station, you could pay it when we meet. (Cash on Delivery)

8. For cloth is not allow to change / refund.

9. For shoes if not fit / damage, we could change the size for you .
