保良局一直致力推動年青藝術文化發展，2015年獲得前主席的支持，借出一幢已被建議評為三級歷史建築物的三層高法式大宅，用作藝術文化發展的基地。V54年青藝術家駐留計劃 ﹣為18 – 45歲年青藝術家提供低廉短期住宿，鼓勵他們以藝術演繹對中西藝術文化及生活歷史的看法，並向公眾推廣藝術價值，回饋社會。

V54交通：銅鑼灣MTR F1 出口，步行至蘭芳道搭30號綠色小巴，在成和道山村道恆生銀行落車（約5分鐘車程），沿山村道步行一分鐘就到V54 （山村道54號）。

Po Leung Kuk (below as Kuk) has been committed to promoting youth arts and cultural development. In 2015, A French architectural style house in Happy Valley (a proposed Grade III Historic Building), is lent to the Kuk by our former Chairman, for young artists development use. Young Artist in Residence @ V54” – aims to provide short-term residential services at below market rates to young artists aged between 18-45, encouraging them to learn more about and appreciate Western and Chinese art culture and the values of living history through art creation, as well as cultivating value of arts in the community.
