Tiger Machinery Group Co., Limited is a fast growing company in the machinery industry. It was founded in 2003. Its factories are located in Shandong province.
It’s integrated with R&D, manufacturing, sales, service together. The main business scope covers diesel engines(10kw - 330kw), generating equipments(10kva - 4000kva).
Creating more value for customers is our goal. To realize this goal, one aspect , we continuously improve the product quality, and have brought in many foreign advanced digital control equipments for casting, machinery machining, cutting, assembling, testing, painting etc. All the workers are well-trained strictly every year, they operate the equipments strictly to make the parts reach quality standard. All the products are manufactured strictly as per ISO standard, CE safety standard and high quality standard.
Second, high quality parts is the warranty of high quality products. We insist to adopt high quality parts, for example: Bosch fuel injector & quenching cylinder liner for diesel engines; Schneider breakers for generating sets; imported hydraulic parts for wheel loaders ; USA clutch for tractors etc.
Third, every product is strictly tested before leaving factory. Engines & generator sets are all tested with different loads. The gearbox of tractors is with running - in test. The loader is with climbing & loading test. Make sure all the products are qualified .
Fourth, we continuously improve the service level. All the products are with international warranty of 2000-5000 working hours. Within warranty period, any defects due to us will get free parts express service within 3 days after receiving the customers’ feedbacks( big & heavy parts by sea). Part of the products are with free installation & debug service.
Currently the products are already exported to more than 40 countries like Nigeria, South Africa, Bolivia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Jordan. We will continue to provide high quality products to you !
