the Patsy ~ Creative Culinary: A state-of-the-art kitchen and bakery located in Wong Chuk Hang in southern Hong Kong. thePatsy was built upon the co- owners’ passionate belief that good health comes from good food and a place for people to discover the joy of cooking healthy and delicious meals for yourself and loved ones.

In its 3,500-square-foot space, thePatsy has three fully equipped kitchens with top-of- the-line appliances, a separate studio dedicated to bakery, and a VIP dining room that can accommodate 12 guests. Our culinary workshops give adults a chance to bond over a mutual love of food as they learn new skills to create a three-course meal or specialty dishes. Workshops for children focus on teaching young chefs what goes into the food they eat and having them experience the satisfaction of a home-cooked meal.
