The Yoga House philosophy is simple. Our goal is to create an environment for you to practice yoga at your own pace, to enjoy the practice of yoga, to mix with friends and most of all have it feel like it is your second home. The Yoga House is not about the outfit you wear or how flexible you are, it is about embracing all that is wonderful about the practice of Yoga.
