Our produce is grown in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. Since no artificial pesticides , fertilisers or genetically engineered materials are used, this ensures not only our food, but our air, soil and water are free from toxic chemicals.

Cold-pressed juices
Cold-pressed juices are made using a special cold hydraulic press. The two stainless steel plates in the machine extracts juices from organic fruits and vegetables by applying tremendous pressure. Since this process does not involve blending, this ensures nutrients are not exposed to heat and oxygen which results in a high quality juice with sensational flavour and a longer shelf-life.

Superfood smoothies
Smoothies consisting of the entire fruit or vegetable blended together are easy to include for a healthy lifestyle. By combining with superfoods, these drinks contain ingredients with some of the highest concentrations of nutrients to the gram.

Raw food
Raw foods are vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and sea vegetables in their natural state. They have not been affected by extreme temperatures because once heated at 46°C onwards, enzyme activity and nutrient level begin to diminish. They are prepared in ways that retain maximum nutrition that is easily digested.
Juice cleanses
A juice cleanse is a healthy form of routine maintenance providing your system rest to begin repairing itself on a cellular level. You abstain from solid foods and simultaneously flood the system with juice containing living enzymes and nutrients in its most easily assimilated form.
