Master Concept is headquartered in Hong Kong and offices in Beijing, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Macau.

Over the years, we’ve completed 1000+ cloud implementations. Our customer base cover a wide range of industries and sectors, including government, education, finance, media, and retail; and serve businesses of all sizes to give them the edge in this major I.T. industry shift.

As of today, our focus is in Asia. But we will continue to focus the research and development of enterprise collaboration technology and social analytics enterprise solutions, In 2011, Social Analytics was established as a subsidiary company of Master Concept, which specialises in social media intelligence mining.
